Conditions of return

If, for some reason, the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product, provided that it has neither been worn nor used, in order to ask for a refund or an exchange. The conditions and procedures are described below.

The products are to be returned in their original packaging and under the same conditions as they were originally sent: unworn, unwashed or unaltered.

Furthermore, they must be returned with all the tags and possible original accessories, including the authenticity label as well as the security seal, which must not be cut or broken. Damaged goods shall not be accepted for return and can be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

The products are to be returned in their own original box, which forms an integral part of the product.

You can send back products only from the country where the delivery has taken place.

The retire consignment is free of charge. *Special remarks for Russia (see below).

Return procedure

In order to ask for the return authorisation, you must send an e-mail to within 14 working days from the date of order delivery, by indicating in the e-mail the PO number, the codes of the products, the reason for the return and the compensation procedure chosen.

The available options are: refund or colour change. Changes of model are not accepted.

The customer shall receive within 3 working days a confirmation e-mail with an authorisation number. At this point, they will be able to prepare the parcel, thus putting outside it the adhesive label which has been sent together with the initial order: the label contains the address of for the redelivery of the goods to be returned as well as a box with the authorisation number specified in the e-mail.

The shipment shall take place through the same courier having carried out the delivery. shall arrange the pick up, too.

The DHL or GLS local contact person shall get in touch with the customer in order to arrange the return date within two working days.

The return to the warehouse must take place within 14 working days from the date of authorisation. Within 3 working days from the receipt of the goods, shall send a confirmation e-mail for acceptance. reserves the right to inspect the products returned and, if the goods returned do not meet the relevant conditions, to send them back. Expenses and costs shall be borne by the buyer.

The compensation procedures as set out below will be specified in the e-mail for acceptance, according to the option chosen.

Defective goods

The products received which are already damaged or show a lack of conformity are regarded as defective. reserves the right to refuse defective and non authorised goods returned.

In the case of acceptance of the defective goods returned, shall refund the purchase price of the product, including shipping costs and customs duties.

If the initial dispatch was a DDU shipment, with charges and customs duties paid at the final destination, such amounts shall be refunded if receives, together with the parcel of the goods returned, some appropriate documentation.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel an order for any reason, as set out in the Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumers’ Code).

This right can be only exercised by customers who are also “consumers” (natural people who buy the goods not for purposes related to their professional, trade or business activity).

Withdrawal procedure

The customer will have to inform Fabrizio Poker of the withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. A notification by fax or e-mail is also possible, but anyway the registered letter will have to arrive within the following 48 hours.

The mere return of the goods doesn’t automatically imply a valid right of withdrawal from the contract.

The product sent back will have to be intact (unworn, unwashed or unaltered) and be put back into the original packaging under the same conditions as it was originally sent, fitted with all its components: tags, original accessories, including the authenticity label and the security seal which do not have to be cut or broken.

Within 3 working days of receipt of the withdrawal notification, shall send by e-mail to the customer the Return Authorisation Number (RAN), which will have to appear outside the parcel and, attached to the e-mail, a PDF document that they will have to print and put into the parcel.

The customer is advised to make use of a sure and reliable means of delivery and keep a copy of the shipping document.

The return to the warehouse will have to take place within 14 working days from the date of delivery. B: because of the partial or full use of the product or in the absence of its components (tags, accessories, labels and seals);

C: if the product is damaged.

In such cases, Fabrizio Poker shall return the product to the sender, thus charging to the latter the shipping costs.
